Hi everyone! I thought I could show you some of my story inspired by Warriors. Here is a part in the middle:
“Cloudedleaf?” called Willowpaw from outside the medicine cat’s den. “Cloudedleaf!”
“Oh shut up you mouse-brain. I’m not deaf!” came a raspy voice from inside.
Moments later a thin tan cat slithered out of the den. Willowpaw recognized Cheetahpaw, the medicine cat apprentice. Cheetahpaw was very beautiful, Willowpaw had to admit. She had a golden pelt with dark brown flecks that looked like a pretty leaf.
“Sorry about Cloudedleaf,” she whispered to Willowpaw. “She’s a little extra grumpy today.”
Willowpaw let out a little mrrow of laughter. “Well, since you're out here, can you get me something for a headache?”
“Ok, sure. Be right back.” mewed Cheetahpaw and disappeared back into the den.
Willowpaw couldn't help but admire her optimism. Even though she was training with one of the grumpiest cats in the Clan, she always seemed very cheerful.
Willowpaw looked around camp. The dawn patrol had just returned and were reporting something to Goldensole, the Moonclan deputy. She couldn’t make out what they were saying, but by the looks on their faces it wasn’t good.

Ok, here's the cat lesson for today: A mother cat is called a Queen and a father is called a Sire.
Well, thanks everyone! Hope you liked my story!

Hi everyone! I know its been a really long time since I've done a post so sorry about that. I've been really busy with school and other things. Anyway, I know I told you that this blog would have polls, but I still can't figure it out. I will try my hardest to get one ASAP.

I have also been reading a series called Warriors by Erin Hunter. I'm sure a lot of cat lovers had heard of it, but I'm still going to spread the word. These books are about cats who live in the wild and live in different clans. (A Clan is a group of animals by the way.) They hunt and fight eachother and there are four different series. I hope you will try and read them. I have also been influenced by these books and decied to write my own. I can post some of it if you like to give you a feel of what its like.

Anyway, here is the lesson for today: Just like a human fingerprint, a cat's nose has a unique design that no other cat can have. I think this is pretty cool. Feel free to comment on what you think!

     Thanks everyone!

First Homes

Hi everyone! Sorry about not posting a post yestarday! I was busy with some other things. Anyway, here is one of the "cat facts" from The Cats of Roxville Station:
"All cats seek a First Home, the place to which they return again and again, be it a pillow by a fire, corner of a couch, or a sheltered spot in the wilds. It is not necessarily a permanent place, for a cat will shift homes according to food supply, mood, and events. Somethimes one will change First Homes just for cat whim."
Thanks everyone!

Wild Cats

Hola everyone! Someone asked a question about people adopting wild cats. They also asked if I would adopt a wild cat if I had the space in my yard. The answer for me is no. And why do I say no? Because since it would be a WILD cat, it would be very hard to train to "like" people. Also I have seen comercials on Animal Planet about people who have adopted wild cats and even TIGERS. But one day, the tiger became too wild and basically attacked the owners. This is why I would not adopt a wild cat. Well thanks everyone!

P.S. I just finished a super-duper great book called The Cats of Roxville Station. It is from a cats point of veiw and has very, very interesting facts about cats. (I will try to post as many facts as I can). I recommend this book to cat lovers all around the world!!!!!!! :D :D

Hi everyone. I don't really have anything else besides the lesson for today. So the lesson for today is: If you love cats and you are alergic to them, (I know many friends that are,) there are some cats that your allergies don't re-act to. If  I'm right, the maine coone cat has very low dander. (This is the stuff on the cat's tounge that makes people alergic.) This means that people are less alergic to this cat and can have one! But, it's different for everyone. My sister's friend's dad had a cat growing up and he was alergic but he is alergic to my cats! It's really weird how this works with the dander and all but you can also talk to a docter about allergy medicine. Thanks everyone!

Hey and welcome back! Sorry about the late post today. I had a babysitter and we were all over the place! Anyway, I have some exiting news! My Cutest Kitties will soon be opening their first ever POLL! You will get to vote on different things every week or two! As soon as we figure out how to get a poll on this blog, (it's kind of confusing) you will be able to vote on different things such as; What cat breed do you like best, or, How many cats do you have? Like I said, My Cutest Kitties first poll will be coming soon! Thanks!

Hello and Happy Memorial Day everyone! I want to make this post about 3 things. First, if you read this blog, please to your friends and family. (That love cats of course). Second, you can ask questions by leaving a comment. And the Third thing is the Cat Lesson for today: If you are going to adopt a cat or dog or any animal thats domestic, it's best to adopt from an animal shelter instead of adopting a breed cat. There are a bunch of homeless cats out there at the animal shelters, so please adopt from an animal shelter INSTEAD from a breeder. Thanks everyone!

A New Kitty

Hello my fellow cat lovers! Its been a long, long time since I've worked on my blog. (sorry by the way). Anyway, I'm down to 3 cats now.  :(  Our 15 year-old cat died a couple of weeks back in April.

But on the bright side, right now we are fostering a little 12 week-old kitten that is named Luke from Dent County Animal Shelter. I want to re-name him Manly and my mom can't decide betweeen Moby and Manly. (you can comment and recommend a name or vote for one.) We introduced him today to the other cats. So far its going ok.

Which brings me to the lesson for today. When you're trying to introduce other cats to a new cat, the best choice is to do it in a neutral place and try to bring them together with food. (this kind of worked with my cats). Thanks!
